Store Policies 

DEPOSIT: 
ALL cake/pastry orders require at least a 50% deposit

 (Remaining balance due at or before pick up) 

ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE 50% DEPOSIT IS MADE

ORDERING: 

Place order(s) at least 1-2 weeks prior to event.  

​

(If placing a cake order for an event within 24-48 hours and we are able to accommodate,

a $10 convenience fee will be charged)

ORDER CHANGES:

All changes must be made with a 7-day notice or more. 

​

Any changes made with less than a 7-day notice may be unavailable.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations made with more than a 2-week notice, are eligible for a full refund. 

​

Cancellations made with 1-2 week notice, are eligible for store credit. 

​

Cancellations made with less than 1 week notice, NO REFUND.

NOTICE:

Cakes will be as close to the reference picture(s) as possible. 

PICK UP/DELIVERY: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once order is picked up/delivered.

​

The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages or discrepancies after the order leaves our establishment - this includes responsibility of proper handling, transport, storage, and refrigeration.

​

It is the responsibility of the customer to leave with the complete order.

​

WE ARE NOT responsible for any damage that occurs during your transport or personal set up.
